PPA 209: A Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone!!!  Boy, I have to say these past few weeks have been a challenge!!  I've been a traveling fool from the East Coast to the West Coast!!!  I was in New York City for several days one week for business and then in Bellingham, WA the second week moving my daughter Amanda out of her dorm.  We then made our way back home to San Antonio.  In the meantime, we must keep things moving at the office.  Why don't we throw a computer problem in the mix while we are at it!!!  LOL!!!  All you can do is smile, square your shoulders and take it on!!  What is too difficult to handle, simply let Faith answer that door!!!  :C)

In the mean time, it's time for a sketch challenge with Team 2!!! This week in our demonstrators magazine, Stampin' Up was talking about casing.  You can take your card and copy another exactly or take the "idea" and modify your card to pattern the inspiration you saw.
This is what I did:

Here's my inspiration from the catalog on page 139.

Here's my card below.

What do you think?  It's the same, but yet very different.  The Stampin' Up catalog is there for all of us to use not only to shop for our magnificent products, but to use as a resource and tool.  What fun!!!  If you don't have a catalog, be sure to contact myself or your demonstrator and get one.
These catalogs are for you!!!

Thank you for visiting my blog today!!  I love to see your comments!!
Let me know what you think!
As always, if you have any questions,
I'm just an email away.

Have a fabulous weekend!!!

Amy
