Thanks So Much!!

This week at the Pals Paper Arts, Team 1 is having a fabulous color challenge!!  I just LOVE these colors!!  I decided this would be the perfect color combination for the stamp set Oh, Hello
Here's my card below:

Isn't this such a "happy" card with all the bright colors?  To give the card dimension, I used the Chevron Embossing Folder and the Chevron Pattern Paper from the Brights Collection DSP. I inked up the flowers with Daffodil Delight and Old Olive markers.  I have listed below all my supplies at the end of the post.

This week's "Just A Thought"........

Our days are HAPPIER
when we give people a bit of
our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

I have a challenge for you today.  Your challenge is to smile and say a kind word to as many people as you can while you go through your day.  See what kind of response you get even from the grumpiest face.  LOL!!!  How do you feel when someone unexpectedly smiles or just says hello?  How about when you receive an unexpected "thank you" or "hello" from someone you haven't even met before?  I can't tell you how many times I have walked through a store and someone is approaching that has a scowl on their face.  I sometimes don't even think they realize they're frowning.  I usually say something from my heart like "hello", good morning or simply open the door for them with a smile.  You wouldn't believe what a difference I can see this has made in their day.  You know what?  It makes my day better too; even when I'm feeling the same way.  Next time you're out, smile at someone, say hello or give a heartfelt thank you.  Let me know what happens.  How did it may you feel?  I bet you had a fabulous rest of the day.

As always I love to see your comments!!
Join my blog and be notified of all the fun as soon as I post!!
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Your card is beautiful and your message heartfelt! I like to say hello to strangers when I walk by - most of the time, they are surprised that someone they don't know acknowledged them in a small way!
