TGIF!!!!
Do you ever have one of those weeks that just won't seem to end?
Well, this week was it for me!
On Wednesday I thought it was Friday!!! Aaagh!!! Boy was that a rude awaking!!! LOL!! Anyway, you know you're in trouble if by Wednesday your already for the weekend!! LOL!!
Enough about this long week!! I'm so excited about my card today!!
Ann Schach is featuring me as her guest today on her blog
the Stampin' Schach. I have been waiting to use this pack of
"Mondern Medley" DSP and decided now was the time!!
I absolutely love this DSP!!! It's so.....chic, moody, elegant and mysterious
at the same time. I can see doing a card with a flare of elegance with a little black dress or jump to halloween with hint of spookiness too.
What do you think? Heres's the DSP below:
Here are my cards I made with this fabulous paper:
The card I made is a "Z" fold card. This fold is easy, fun and oh so impressive!! To brighten the card, I pulled out a couple of my favorites, "Cherry Cobbler" and the DSP called "Polka Dot Parade". The cherry cobbler was embossed with the "Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder". Another absolute favorite of mine is the "Blossom" punch!! I punched out these big beautiful flowers and snipped them down each petal. Don't they just pop out when you put them front and center on the cards!! Love the dimension the flower adds!! The top of the card needed a special touch to pull the colors and patterns up. In looking around at my punches I spotted my "Mosaic Punch". Perfect!!
As
always, I love to see your comments!! There's a complete list of the
supplies I used below. Please feel free to email me any questions.
Have a fabulous weekend!!!!!
Amy
