April showers means May flowers!!
As most of all of you know, I LOVE flowers!!
Any time I can have them on my desk at work, in my garden or on my
craft table; flowers are there for me to enjoy.
Today I received a special request from my daughter for a wedding card for one of her teachers. I instantly thought of creating bunches of beautiful flowers for her to enjoy!! I started my card off with testing my hand at making an Iris. I took the retired "Blossom Petal Builder" punch and fiddled around until I had an Iris. Too cool!! I was so proud!! I then took the "Boho Punch" and the "Five Star Petal Punch" (retired last year) and created the smaller flowers. Now I must admit, making completely monochromatic cards is a challenge for me. As you can see, I couldn't resist adding just a touch of color. LOL!!!
