PPA 207: My Card for Dad

Hi everyone!!!  Look at these fabulous colors!!  My first impulse was to do something in honor of the upcoming July 4th!!  Perfect colors right?  Then I decided Father's Day is this weekend and my Dad loves the sea.  So today's card is in honor of my Dad and the Pacific Northwest where I'm at now.  My daughter Amanda has finished her first year of college!!   Woot, woot!!  I'm here in Bellingham, WA getting her packed up and moved out of her dorm.  Wasn't it just yesterday I was there moving her into her dorm?  Wow!!  If you had told me then, what I know now, I don't think I would have believed you!!  LOL!!!  Anyway, Dad loves the water, seafood and sail boats.  He hasn't gotten a chance to come up to Washington, so I thought I would bring a little of it to him.  He's just going to have to come up and see the sail boats and the beautiful sun sets for himself.
Here's my card below:

The lobster is stamped in Real Red using the "By the Tide" stamp set.  The background set is from "Truly Grateful."  Last I added some nautical touches from "The Open Sea."

Thank you for visiting my blog today!!  I love to see your comments!!
Let me know what you think!
As always, if you have any questions,
I'm just an email away.

Have a fabulous weekend!!!
