PPA 249: Shades of Spring

Displaying

Hi fellow stampers!!!  It's time for another fabulous sketch with the Pals!!
This week I finally decided to use my "Butterfly Basics" and "Painted Petals"
stamp sets for this fabulous sketch.  I just love them both!
I'm already thinking about what I'm going to do next with them.  This card I used Old Olive for the fern stem.  It looks like I used three different shades, but I actually only stamped off the ink to get the different shades.
Here's my card below:

Isn't that cool?
I hope you enjoyed my card today
Thank you for visiting my blog!!

PPA 247: The Three Shades of Purple!!!

Displaying

Hello stampers!!!  This week we have a color challenge which has proven to be a challenge for me!!!  I never use these colors!  Purple in three shades!!  YIKES!!!   If it wasn't for that the fact I'm a paper hoarder, I probably wouldn't even have these colors.  LOL!!  So after considerable thought and
contemplation; I decided flowers it must be.  Obvious, but hey, a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do!  LOL!!  Her's my card below:

The flower pot card is from a template I used off of Split Coast Stampers.  Isn't this fun?  I'm going to have to make a bunch more of these with all kinds of colors!!

I hope you enjoyed my card today
