PPA 253:

Hi my stamping friends!!!  This weeks sketch challenge is magnificent!!   What did you see when you first saw it?  An abstract?  Mountains or rolling hills?  See what I mean?  What fun!!  I invisioned rolling hills.  I decided to go outside the box and do a fun summer day.  We're desperately in need of sunshine in our state of Texas.  I live just outside of San Antonio near Blanco, Wimberly and on up to Austin.   Our area was tragically hit hard with floods that have resulted in the loss of lives and property.  Dallas and Houston have suffered even worse.  Today's card is in remembrance of our easy Texas summer days.

A couple of tricks you might find fun.  The clouds were made from the cup cake punch.  The tree leaves are from the stars border punch.  Who knew?  LOL!!

I hope you enjoyed my card today.
Thank you for visiting my blog!!
Let me know what you think!
As always, if you have any questions,
I'm just an email away.

Have a fabulous weekend!!!

Amy

You are a punch QUEEN this week! I can't believe you glued on all of those individual stars onto the trees. Holy moly! Aaaand - great way to use that little doughnut - as a tire!

Your card does indeed remind me of a perfect summer day. So clever! Your take on the zig zag from the sketch is fun & unique! Nice job!
